Smile & Ride was born from the idea of sharing the experience we’ve gained as bicycle tourists to offer you unique and exclusive adventures, helping you discover this enchanting region rich in culture, art, and excellent food.

Great ride. Pisa to Lucca. Approximately 20miles with only 500 feet of climb. 95% on very narrow roads and tracks. The bike and service from Smile and Ride were excellent. The route guidance that was provided for my iphone was really good. Couldn't have managed without it. Many thanks for a great experience.

Rented a bike from Smile & Ride and cycled from Pisa to Lucca. The whole experience was excellent. The bike was in great condition, comfortable, and perfect for the ride. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave useful advice for the route. The cycle path between Pisa and Lucca is beautiful and easy to follow. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Tuscany by bike! 🚴‍♂️🇮🇹

Great experience from beginning to an end. We rented gravel bikes to ride the "Tuscany Trail" event and couldn't be happier with them. Very good bikes, light , properly set up to ride local gravel roads. Very profitable and kind staff.

We rented e-bikes here in April. Elena was super helpful, answering our many questions over email before we arrived. They were easy to work with and the bikes were great for around the city. Location is super convenient. They even had a 24” e-bike for my daughter, she loved it!

Family of four with a 9 year old and 11 year old— fantastic experience! Our kids were very excited to try electric bikes for the first time. Elena and her husband who own the business were very friendly, helpful, kind. Recommended a better route than what we originally planned which brought us along a bike friendly path to the sea, and even recommended a great place to eat in Pisa (Pizzeria L’Arancia) which indeed was yummy oven roasted pizza in a cute little restaurant and was not over priced like some restaurants. If you love biking, Pisa is the place to do it and Smile & Ride is the place to rent. 😊
